Account & Data Deletion
A clear path to access your data or ask us to delete your Taxabble account and workspace information.
Download your data
Signed-in workspace owners can download a JSON copy of their current workspace data from Settings → Privacy & Data. The export includes workspace information, clients, projects, invoices and line items, and expenses.
For security, exports do not include passwords, active sessions, payment webhook records, or internal security logs.
Request deletion
Signed-in workspace owners can submit a deletion request from Settings → Privacy & Data by entering the confirmation phrase shown there. We record the request and verify it through the account email before deleting data.
A request is not immediate deletion. Do not assume your account is deleted until Taxabble confirms completion by email.
What deletion covers
Where verified and applicable, we will delete or anonymize the requesting owner account and the current workspace’s business data, including clients, projects, invoices, expenses, and related workspace records.
Limited retention
We may retain the minimum information needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, tax or accounting records we are required to retain, and payment disputes. Retained information is not used to operate your workspace after deletion.
Need help
If you cannot sign in, email support@taxabble.com from the account address with the subject “Data request.” We may ask for information to verify identity before acting. You can also review our Privacy Policy.
