Paid plan availability, billing intervals, included limits, and pricing may change over time and will be presented before purchase or renewal. We do not hardcode future pricing in these Terms because pricing may evolve as the product develops.

If paid billing is enabled, you authorize Taxabble or its payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts based on the plan you choose.

Taxabble may offer a 14-day free trial so users can evaluate the product before choosing a paid plan. Trial availability may depend on account history, region, or promotional rules. We may modify or discontinue trial offers when necessary.

You agree to use Taxabble responsibly and to:

• enter accurate business, invoice, client, and workspace information;
• review generated documents and records before sending them to clients;
• comply with laws that apply to your business and location;
• seek professional advice for tax, legal, accounting, or financial decisions when needed;
• avoid uploading harmful, unlawful, or misleading content.

Taxabble, including its software, design, branding, interface, and content, is owned by Taxabble or its licensors. You retain ownership of the business data and content you add to your workspace. You grant Taxabble the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and operate that content for the service.

You may not use Taxabble to:

• break laws or violate third-party rights;
• attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or code without permission;
• interfere with service security, reliability, rate limits, or infrastructure;
• upload malware, abusive content, or deceptive information;
• copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

Taxabble is provided to help users organize and understand business information. We do not guarantee that the service will prevent financial loss, ensure payment collection, calculate taxes correctly, or replace professional judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taxabble is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We aim to keep Taxabble reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, or events outside our control. We may modify, improve, or remove product features as the MVP develops.

You may stop using Taxabble at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the product, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms Taxabble or other users. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
