New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial, and no payment is collected unless you choose a paid access period.

Taxabble currently sells one-time access periods: ₹499 for 30 days or ₹4,499 for 365 days. A purchase does not automatically renew and we do not automatically charge your payment method again.

Near the end of an access period, you may choose to purchase another access period. If our billing model changes to automatic renewal, we will update this policy and obtain any required authorization before charging recurring payments.

Because purchases do not auto-renew, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can stop using Taxabble at any time. Choosing not to purchase another access period prevents future charges.

Paid access periods are delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation. Except where required by applicable law, completed purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than shown at checkout, or cannot access a period you purchased, contact support@taxabble.com within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and provide a remedy where appropriate.

The amount and currency shown at checkout are the amount for the selected access period before any applicable tax or payment-processor charge clearly displayed there. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges.

For billing questions, include the account email, payment date, amount, and Razorpay payment reference where available. Do not send card, bank-account, or UPI credentials to support.
